Organization & Operation

Yam Pukri functions under the statute of an association that is directed by a president and managed by a coordinator in charge of administration and finances. There are twelve salaried positions as well as a number of contract positions that support special projects. If occasional collaborators and active members are included in the count, Yam Pukri’s team consists of thirty (and up to fifty) employees.

The staff finds merit in their work through the possibility of progression and each person is responsible for a specific project.

There are six departments :

- administration and accounting
- training and course development
- IT support and maintenance
- multi media production (videos, recording studio, desk top publishing)
- youth relations
- statistical studies and evaluations

One person can work under a number of different sections.
